Description

This presentation will integrate advances in medical and neuropsychological understanding of these issues with the attorney’s discovery, development and presentation of evidence in civil, probate, workers` compensation and criminal cases. The goal of the program is to help lawyers be better consumers of the information needed to process a case involving a brain injury issue.  

While the program will cover these issues, there will be special emphasis on:

  • Recent developments in neuroimaging
  • Update on neuropsychological assessment tools
  • Special issues in pediatric and geriatric cases
  • Malingering: new measures and viable challenges
