At this virtual CLE, the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Arizona will sponsor two wonderful speakers with the following topics:
 

 

  • Preferred Partnerships presented by Brent Nelson of Rimôn Law; and
  • Two topics of interest presented by Martin Shenkman of Shenkman Law: 
    • Smaldino – A review of a recent case and the implications to planning especially as to the importance of proper form and administration of planning; and
    • SLATs:  How to Administer Them; Gift Tax Returns and Income Tax Considerations.
