He is a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators (the "CCA") and has been a commercial arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") for 27 years (serving on the AAA's Commercial, Construction, Large and Complex Case, Emergency Relief, and Consumer panels) and with the International Centre for Dispute Resolution ("ICDR"). He is a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (the "NADN") and serves as a mediator on the panels of the AAA and the NADN. He has been appointed as a receiver and special master by the Maricopa County Superior Court.
