Description

A diverse and highly respected panel of mediators and arbitrators present short (15 minutes), focused presentations discussing important aspects of ADR. The speakers have chosen topics they feel strongly about, and that they believe other lawyers need to hear. Topics include: Anatomy of an Online Arbitration, Optimization of Zoom in ADR, Labor vs. Commercial and Employment Arbitrations: Important Differences, Diffusing Emotional Responses in ADR, Enforcement of International Arbitration Awards, Use of Receiverships in ADR, Facilitating Workplace Dispute Resolution, Arbitrability: Henry Schein v. Archer and White Sales, 139 S. Ct. 524 (2019), and Effective Use of Settlement Counsel in ADR.
