Total Credits: 1.5 CLE
This 90 minute course is an introduction to the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (A.R.S. 33-1301 et seq.). Community Legal Services staff attorneys will discuss habitability, common landlord tenant issues, and law and procedure for eviction actions, with an emphasis directed towards cases in Justice Courts.
