Description

So what’s going on at Probate Court?  Three regulars will tell us.  We’ll hear from a practitioner on the current state of the law of estate creditor claims.  An accountant experienced in court accountings will help you get through the process with the least amount of heartburn.  A probate commissioner will give us the view from the bench – recent developments, pet peeves (and preferences), and suggestions to make your court experience as smooth as possible.  We’ll finish with an interactive panel, so send in your questions.
