Effective January 1, 2022, Arizona will be the first state to eliminate peremptory challenges in its courts. In this seminar, a panel of judges and civil practitioners will address how this will impact voir dire and challenges for cause. This seminar will also give a brief update on other changes to the civil rules effective January 1, 2022.
