Who qualifies for the Student rate?


A law student is someone currently enrolled in a juris doctorate (J.D.) law program, or graduated from, law school in the past 6 months and, is not admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction.  Proof may be required.  

A State Bar of Arizona attorney or a lawyer registered in another jurisdiction but attending law school, or any other school, does not qualify for the student rate.
