William E. "Billy" Brewer, Jr.

Mr. Brewer is the principal of the Brewer Law Firm in Raleigh, NC. He limits his practice to representing debtors and non-institutional creditors in bankruptcy cases. He has served on the Board of Direcotrs on the Nationsl Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) in 1997. Certified as a specialist in consumer bankruptcy law by the North Carolina State Bar, Mr. Brewer has spoken of various bankruptcy topics at seminars in North Carolina, Puerto Rico, New York, Alabama, Missippi, and Georgia, in addition to serving as a panelist at NACBA's annual convention each year since 1995. He has testified in Congress on three occasions concerning bankruptcy legislation. Mr. Brewer is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, where he received his undergraduate and law degreees.
