John Foltz

Designated Broker, Realty Executives

John Foltz earned his way to an MBA at the University of Wisconsin by selling real estate during summer vacations and shoveling snow in the winter. Upon graduation, he came to Arizona where he gained experience in banking and the securities business, eventually returning to real estate sales in 1978 with REALTY EXECUTIVES.

For the next 11 years, John grew as a real estate professional in commercial, residential, and investment real estate. He learned the real estate business "in the trenches." In 1989, John was appointed Designated Broker for REALTY EXECUTIVES, where he has been a problem solver and friend to REALTORS.

Since 1989, John has supervised nearly 1300 REALTY EXECUTIVES sales agents who have participated in over 350,000 transactions. He frequently speaks and writes on real estate subjects and now serves on a national Strategic Planning Think Tank. John has been active in REALTOR Professional Standards and Ethics matters, and served as President of the Arizona Association of REALTORS in 1998.

In the fall of 1998, John was appointed President of REALTY EXECUTIVES, where he continues to empower individual real estate entrepreneurs. "Success," he says, "Is a by-product of helping others succeed."
