Jerome Allen Landua, presently a full-time professional Mediator, Arbitrator and large Group Facilitator, brings his 40 years’ experience advocating and litigating on behalf of his commercial, transactional, construction and real estate clients to his 35+ years’ service as a Mediator and Arbitrator in these same industries. Among others, he has served clients throughout the United States and in Europe, India and Asia; including the Kingdom of Bhutan and Members of its Royal Family, and present leaders of a 900 year old Spiritual Lineage.
Jerome is a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals; Certified by the International Mediation Institute, The Hague and certified to multiple American Arbitration Association Neutral panels as both a Mediator and Arbitrator (commercial, real estate, construction, healthcare).
Jerome enjoys sharing his experience and tools by contributing to the training of other ADR professionals, and attorneys, in state and international programs. He has Chaired and presented six annual Advanced Commercial Mediation Institute’s two day international Conferences (co-sponsored by the American Arbitration Association and Harvard Law School’s HNII) and presented programs for the AAA, Association for Conflict Resolution, Arizona Dispute Resolution Association, the American Bar Association’s ADR Executive Council and others. Jerome has twice been invited to present programs at the United Nations.
His leadership in the local, national and international ADR world includes Chairing the State Bar of Arizona’s ADR Section, membership on AAA’s Regional Advisory Council and Chairing the international Association for Conflict Resolution’s Commercial Section, and its Construction, Real Estate and international Committees. Jerome was also an Editor of the international ACResolutions magazine.
Jerome “walks the talk” and has successfully mediated and arbitrated matters with law firms and courts throughout the United States.
