Gena A. Feist is a member of Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP’s Intellectual Property Group, where her practice focuses on a wide range of intellectual property and unfair competition matters including false advertising and consumer fraud, trademark infringement and dilution, Internet law, marketing and privacy law, Internet marketing and privacy law, anti-counterfeiting and copyright infringement. Prior to joining Debevoise, Ms. Feist worked for the New York State Legislature in a number of positions, including Research Assistant on the New York State Senate Minority Program and Counsel Staff, Committee Assistant for the New York State Assembly Codes Committee, Legislative Analyst for the New York State Assembly Committee on Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities and Legal Research Associate in the New York State Assembly Office of the Counsel to the Majority. She her received her B.A. cum laude from the State University of New York at New Paltz and her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law.
