DAN CAVETT is the principal in Cavett Law Firm in Tucson. He limits his practice to the defense of hospitals and doctors in medical malpractice cases and plaintiffs in non-malpractice personal injury cases. Mr. Cavett received his B.A. from Emory University and his J.D. from the University of Arizona, where he was a member of the Arizona Law Review and the Order of the Coif. He is a member of the Tucson Defense Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute, and was a former president of the Tucson Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He served as a judge pro tem for the Pima County Superior Court, is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, and has been on the faculty of the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy since 1991.
