Ms. Ebert is a member of the Ebert Law Offices, P.C. in Hurst, TX, where she specializes in bankruptcy counseling and litigation. She is the secretary and a member of the board of direcotrs of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Ms. Ebert serves as a panel trustee in the Norther District of Texas, and is board certified in consumer bankruptcy by the State Bar of Texas and the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification. A frequent lecturer on consumer bankruptcy topics, Ms. Ebert formerly served as president of the North east Tarrant County Bar Association. She is a graduate of Tulane University, where she received her B.A., and Texas Tech University, where she received her J.D.
