Arthur L. Weiss is a certified valuation analyst (CVA)of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).  He holds a master’s degree in finance with a specialization in corporate finance and valuation. He also holds a masters ofaccounting degree from the University of Arizona.  He is an attorney licensed in Arizona and has provided finance, legal and tax counsel to businesses in southern Arizona for twenty years.  He has attended numerous continuing education classes sponsored by NACVA and the state bar ofArizona.  Mr Weiss is a regular lecturer for continuing legal education for the Pima County Bar Association and theState Bar of Arizona and is licensed to practice in the Arizona Supreme Court, United States District Court and the United States Tax Court.
