"This webcast was advertised as an update about mediation. It was not. The words mediate, mediator, mediation were not once uttered in the hour-long presentation. I suspect the program was useful for arbitrators, and the presenters did a good job, but the advertising was completely misleading. Summary Judgment is a form of ADR, but would you advertise an update on Motions for Summary Judgment as an update on Mediation? "
