"Good practical information and advice, not just hypotheticals "

"I thought some of the commentary was generally unhelpful towards actually recommending language for client services agreements and displayed no appreciation for how common it is for clients to take advantage of attorneys. We are stuck between an obligation to not harm the client's position in a case and a duty to our firm after a client simply stops paying their invoices. There was almost no discussion of how to handle clients who won't pay, in the middle of a representation. "

"The panelists were thorough and knowledgable. "

"The course was great, I just would have like a little more focus on collecting fees and the ethical issues that may arise around withdrawing when a client's not paying, or when a third party stops paying on behalf of a client. From the title and handout it seemed like there would be a little more focus on practical tips. "
