"The problem was outlined, but I thought there should have been more on solutions. I suggest an expansion that involves AZ-centric solutions, including incorporating APS, perhaps a Maricopa Co DV shelter (they have case workers that specialize in empowering victims and obtaining resources), the Pima Council on Aging, and prosecutors from MCAO and the AG that deal in these areas. And the Public Fiduciary can also provide answers about GAL and conservatorship."
