"No forms were included in the written materials. For example, the speakers discussed specific language they recommend in a financial power of attorney, and yet they don't even bother to provide that language or other forms in the materials. Either they don't want to give away their work product, or they simply didn't take the time to prepare some forms that the attendees could refer to. The person arranging the CLE from the bar should have insisted the speakers do so."
