Katherine F"It was a panel of trial lawyers who seem to not go to trial very often going over very basic trial ideas. At least 3 of them were older and wanted to do things like "stick to the old ways" and "use paper." That is super unhelpful in 2025 and to younger lawyers, as well as outdated. The title said "modern" ?? Desperately needed to be younger and I think a civil/criminal combo would have been better, as criminal attorneys have way more experience at trial. Also why was there only one token woman?" |
