"comment is made here because comparable opportunity was not provided for question 6. The bandwidth was not acceptable for a video presentation. Speakers' audio several times jittered or stuttered electronically or lost contact both as to audio and video. 1 speaker blamed her wi-fi, but the program connectivity was not satisfactory. That factor necessitated that the program be ranked only "good" and not "excellent"."
