Silas G"It was a good seminar. Overall, most of the questions were answered seemingly speculatively. Which is fair given the lack of appellate guidance on the topic. I have definitely run into inconsistent rulings on the PDA, since there is very little appellate guidance. Overall, a great introductory seminar to the PDA, would recommend for those looking to get a basic understanding." |
