I was expecting more information & time spent on practical mechanisms & techniques to help avoid or combat the issues of substance abuse and psychological & physiological triggers (i.e,, the "...and what you can do." part of the title. Ms. Butler touched on a few of those things, but only in a very hurried and cursory end to the presentation. I'd like to see this portion expanded for the future. "
