"As stated in other reviews, this is not something we should be forced to pay for, and I hope to god the presenter is not being paid. However, I have to concede that this guy has good advice, and I enjoyed listening to him give it. If this were a free event, I would be grateful. Instead, I am resentful. If the state bar is going to make lawyers pay for mandatory CLEs, give us case law updates, ethics rulings - something substantive, and not just a congenial attorney giving us kindly uncle advice."
