Description

This presentation will look currently at the law in Arizona on the admissibility of scientific evidence for the practical purpose of litigating admissibility of evidence.  This program will not engage in a deep doctrinal analysis of the law on scientific evidence, but rather intends to be very pragmatic in helping lawyers select experts, presenting opinions planning for admissibility disputes.
