Description

Professionals are at risk of allegation of undue influence and related manipulation claims. This seminar raises consciousness of the problem, offers tips on avoidance, and identifies methodologies and limitations of proof.

What You’ll Learn:

1. How claims of undue influence and associated forms of manipulation arise in situations of professional misconduct involving physicians, lawyers and fiduciaries
2. Misconduct of professionals who abuse their positions for sexual and financial gain
3. The uses and limitations of psychological and cognitive testing in these cases
