How Far is Too Far?

How far can a lawyer – in private practice or employed by the government or as in-house counsel – go when representing clients? And at what point does a lawyer’s conduct in their private life affect their legal practice? This program explores the boundaries of the Ethical Rules in representing clients and outside the practice of law.
