2022’s Major Civil Rules Amendment: The Elimination of Peremptory Challenges and Its Impact on Voir Dire

Effective January 1, 2022, Arizona will be the first state to eliminate peremptory challenges in its courts. In this seminar, a panel of judges and civil practitioners will address how this will impact voir dire and challenges for cause. This seminar will also give a brief update on other changes to the civil rules effective January 1, 2022.
