Lindsay Jo Fiore, Greenberg Traurig LLP
is a Shareholder in the Labor & Employment group at Greenberg Traurig. Lindsay has been listed as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star 2014-2018, 2021-2022, and was recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America in 2022. Her practice focuses on employment litigation and trials, particularly those involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under various federal and state laws. Ms. Fiore has appeared in the federal courts in Arizona, California, Illinois, Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and has handled appeals before the Ninth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeal. She regularly speaks on various employment-related topics, and often provides discrimination and harassment training for clients. Ms. Fiore received her bachelor's degree and her J.D. from the University of Arizona.
