Robert Yoder is a lawyer representing Indian Tribes throughout the country on taxation, health care and member benefits programs.  He is a 1990 graduate from the University of Southern California law school.  His practice is devoted entirely to tribal law.  He has been active for more than three decades in efforts to secure regulatory guidance and improve consultation between Tribes and various federal agencies, and has litigated a number of cases brought by tribes seeking to improve federal trust, taxation, and health care rights.  He currently serves as a General Welfare Exclusion subcommittee member to the Treasury Tribal Advisory Committee.
