Learn how to help your clients through the process of becoming a US citizen, even if you don’t practice immigration law.  Natalia Polukhtin and Monika Sud-Devaraj will guide you through the basics of what you will need to know about the citizenship process.

Natalia Polukhtin
Natalia Polukhtin obtained her law degree from Mercer University School of Law and is currently admitted in Arizona and Georgia practicing employment-based immigration. She is a Vice Chair of the Ethics Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), serves on the Ethics Advisory Board for the Arizona State Bar, and is a frequent presenter at professional events.
Monika Sud-Devaraj
Monika Sud-Devaraj received her JD degree in 1992 from the University of Arizona, College of Law in Tucson, Arizona and has been practicing immigration law since then.

She is a former prosecutor for the former INS and has been on the defense side since 2002.

Monika serves on AILA Removal Defense Committee and is a former Chair of AILA AZ.
