Ethics & Pro Bono

This ethics CLE features a panel of experienced judges and attorneys who provide tips for preventing and addressing ethical challenges. Panelists provide examples and practical tools for issues including conflicts, confidentiality, advising people with mental health issues, limited-scope representation agreements, assisting self-represented litigants, and when and how to withdraw. Volunteer attorneys address myths about pro bono and explain how pro bono programs provide convenient and rewarding opportunities designed for new/young attorneys, active attorneys, and retired attorneys.
