Aaron Keith Haar

With deep experience in trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and domain names, Aaron provides strategic counsel to businesses and individuals navigating complex legal challenges. Aaron assists clients in securing trademark and copyright registrations, as well as guiding them, when necessary, through pre-litigation and litigation strategies, regularly appearing in state and federal courts across the country as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Protocol (UDRP) proceedings. Aaron is currently the chair-elect of the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of Arizona and the vice president of the Phoenix Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
Courtney Abrams
