He is licensed to practice law before the State Supreme Court of the State of Arizona, the State Supreme Court of the State of Nebraska, the Unites States District Courts of Arizona and Nebraska and the United States Tax Court. Augustus, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, is an avid golfer and when not practicing law or engaging in community service, can be found with his sons on the golf course.

Quinten joined Vial Fotheringham LLP in 2013, having represented planned communities and condominiums throughout Arizona for the past five years. During that time, he assisted associations in various matters, including assessment collection, insurance defense, civil litigation, CC&R enforcement matters, bankruptcy, interpreting and amending governing documents, foreclosure lawsuits, fair housing complaints, and general counsel matters. Quinten received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from University of Toledo College of Law. When he is not working, Quinten spends as much time as possible with his family. He is an avid golfer, loves swimming and sports, and enjoys reading. Having grown up near Cincinnati, Ohio, he is a big fan of the Reds and Bengals but has also become a fan of the Suns.

He regularly advises planned community and condominium associations, cooperative housing corporations, and other common-interest communities and non-profit corporations on a wide variety of issues including covenant enforcement, assessment collection, association governance and best-practices, and general real estate matters. Michael regularly participates in lectures on community association law and relevant issues, and provides comprehensive education and instruction to common-interest community volunteer leaders and community management professionals. Michael has also served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Arizona Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (now CAI Arizona), and currently serves as a chapter delegate and co-chair of CAI Arizona’s Legislative Action Committee.
