Navigating the New EEOC and DOJ Guidance on DEI Compliance in the Workplace

On March 19, 2025, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) and Department of Justice (“DOJ”) released a joint one-page document titled “What To Do If You Experience Discrimination Related to DEI at Work.” Additionally, the EEOC released a question-and-answer document about DEI-related discrimination in the workplace. This CLE will provide an overview of the recent EEOC and DOJ guidance and explore the related DEI Executive Orders. Equally as important, this session will address the questions that remain unanswered in the current DEI landscape, as well as provide practical takeaways for attendees.

In addition to co-chairing the State Bar Labor & Employment Section Tucson Lunch CLE Committee, Audrey serves on the Executive Committee for the Tucson Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and is a member of the Tucson Metro Chamber's Military Affairs Committee.
