Isaac Daniel Rothschild, Mesch Clark & Rothschild PC
Isaac Rothschild is a shareholder who practices in the Bankruptcy Section of Mesch Clark Rothschild. Since joining MCR in 2009, Isaac has been active in the firm’s bankruptcy section, co-counsel in some of the largest reorganization cases in Arizona, as well as representing Trustees, secured insurance companies, and local banks in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases as well as collection actions. His practice also focuses on probate litigation and partnership disputes. Additionally, Isaac is active in several non-profits including past Chair of the Tucson Jewish Community Center, a member of the Governance Committee for Literacy Connects and was one of four founders of the Tucson Jazz Festival.
Hon. Randi Leigh Burnett, Pima County Superior Court
The Honorable Randi Burnett currently serves as the presiding judge of the family bench for the Pima County Superior Court. Prior to joining the bench in April 2021, Randi was a partner at Waterfall, Economidis, Caldwell, Hanshaw & Villamana, P.C. for several years and then spent her last two years of private practice at The McCarthy Law Firm. Her family law practice included a broad range of family law matters including divorce, legal separation, same-sex family law issues, multi-state jurisdictional issues, high conflict custody issues, grandparent visitation, minor child guardianships, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, and appellate matters. Randi has presented at multiple legal seminars on numerous topics, including complex financial issues, ethical issues, high conflict custody concerns, and the unique concerns involving autistic children in custody matters. Outside of work, Randi enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
Scott H Gan, United States Bankruptcy Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court
Honorable Scott Gan was sworn in as a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Arizona on September 11, 2014. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Gan had been a shareholder and partner since 1993 with the law firm of Mesch, Clark & Rothschild, P.C., where he was a chair to the firm's Appellate Practice Section and a member of the firm's Bankruptcy Section. Judge Gan was recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers in 2014. He began his legal career with the Pima County (Arizona) Office of the Public Defender and then briefly joined a firm that represented claimants before the Social Security Administration and the Arizona Industrial Commission. Judge Gan received his B.A. from the University of Arizona in 1977 and his J.D. from the UA James E. Rogers College of Law in 1980. Judge Gan maintains chambers in Tucson, AZ.
Kaytlyn Yrun-Duffy, Hinderaker & Yrun-Duffy, PLC
Kaytlyn (Kayt) Yrun-Duffy is a Certified Family Law Specialist and partner at Hinderaker and Yrun-Duffy Family Law. She has been practicing family law since 2013 with an emphasis on complex financial cases. Kayt is also a current member of the State Bar Executive Council Family Law Section.
