This one and one-half hour CLE provides updated information for attorneys representing homeowners or homeowner’s associations in administrative adjudications of homeowner’s association complaints.  The updates will cover administrative processes at the Arizona Department of Real Estate, adjudicative processes at the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings, and case law and statutory updates.
