Faculty Info:

    • Dr. Frumkin is nationally known for his work in the area of capacity to waive Miranda rights, False/Coerced Confessions, and Interrogative Suggestibility.  He has published in this area, given numerous presentations to psychology and legal groups, and has conducted more than 700 evaluations in confession-related cases.
    • Dr. Simpson is a forensic psychologist practicing in Tucson, Arizona. With over three decades of clinical experience, he has provided evaluations, testimony and trial consultation for over 400 state, federal and military courts.  He also serves as an instructor for the State Bar of Arizona and the Air Force and Marines JAGs.  
    • Megan Caminos is completing her doctorate in clinical psychology. She has extensive experience working in in-and-out patient settings and six years of teaching and counseling domestic violence / intimate partner violence clients.
