Original Program Date :
Length: 03:52
Election law is a rapidly evolving field and became a focus of national debate during the 2020 presidential election. New developments in the areas of redistricting, petition challenges, campaign finance and election administration have resulted in many new federal and state election laws and court rulings. The 2022 cycle is already in full swing, and we will likely see many new federal and state election-related lawsuits, as well as new election legislation at both the state and federal level.
