Corey B. Larson is an attorney with the law firm Waterfall, Economidis, Caldwell, Hanshaw & Villamana, P.C. in Tucson, Arizona where he handles litigation, construction law, real estate matters, contracts, commercial leases, insurance, lien and bond issues, appeals, and complex trust and probate litigation in Pima County and Southern Arizona. His clients generally include homebuilders, developers, contractors, design professionals, and municipalities. He advises them in a wide range of matters including administrative actions, contract preparation, corporate and real estate transactions, and general corporate cases. Corey graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and attend college at Arizona State University. He is also the past Chair of the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Arizona and has sat on and chaired two boards for the Meritas international law firm network that links 7604 attorneys at 181 full-service law firms in 89 countries serving 244 legal markets throughout the U.S. and around the world.

Travis Ivy is an associate at Waterfall, Economidis, Caldwell, Hanshaw & Villamana, P.C., in Tucson, Arizona where he assists clients in business, real estate, construction, and in civil and commercial litigation matters. Originally hailing from San Antonio, Texas, Travis attended Oberlin College in Ohio and graduated with a degree in economics. At the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law, Travis earned a Transactional Business Law Certificate and served as a note editor at the Arizona Law Review. He also externed at the U.S. District Court of Arizona for the Honorable Susan R. Bolton and volunteered at the Pio Decimo Center’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Paul J. McMurdie at the Arizona Court of Appeals.
