Chapter 13 Trustee. Edward is a graduate of Hamline University
School of Law, class of 1988. Before becoming Chapter 13 Trustee, Edward practiced consumer bankruptcy law for eight years. Edward left debtor practice to become staff attorney for Russell Brown, Chapter 13 Trustee. After five years as staff attorney, he was appointed Chapter 13 Trustee for the District of Arizona in October of 2002. Edward has presented at a number of bankruptcy seminars and served on the Arizona Local Rules Committee, the Uniform Chapter 13 Plan Committee.
