After a brief overview of the bankruptcy process, Alex Winkelman will dive into more specific construction–related topics, including:
- application of the automatic stay to construction projects,
- doing business with bankrupt entities,
- lien rights in Bankruptcy,
- preference actions and the ordinary course defense, and
- filing and prosecuting claims.
