Nancy A. Greenlee, sole practitioner, specializes in representing lawyers in disciplinary proceedings. From 1990 to 1996, she served as a State Bar of Arizona staff bar counsel responsible for investigation and prosecution of matters involving violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Nancy was a member of the State Bar of Arizona Ethics Committee from 2007 to 2016. She is the chair of the State Bar of Arizona Ethics Advisory Group. She is a former lawyer member of the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct and a former Board member of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Nancy graduated, with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1986, and worked in private practice, handling primarily plaintiff’s personal injury cases and general litigation matters including some dissolution cases. Patricia Sallen is a lawyer in private practice focusing on professional responsibility issues. She represents lawyers in discipline and admission matters, provides ethics advice to lawyers, serves as an expert witness on professional-responsibility issues, and consults on a myriad of other law-related topics. She regularly presents at CLE seminars and publishes articles about professional responsibility and writes the Eye on Ethics column for Arizona Attorney. She also has taught professional responsibility as an adjunct professor at the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law for more than a decade. In addition to practicing in private law firms, she spent more than 15 years working for the State Bar of Arizona as both a bar counsel and ethics counsel and supervised programs such as the Fee Arbitration Program and Client Protection Fund. She served as expert consultant to the Arizona Supreme Court's 2014-15 comprehensive ethical rules review effort and to the Court's 2019-20 Task Force on the Delivery of Legal Services, which resulted in the groundbreaking rule changes allowing non-lawyer firm ownership and legal paraprofessionals. She currently serves on the State Bar's Ethics Advisory Group and the Supreme Court's Task Force on Ethics Rules Governing the State Attorney General, County Attorneys, and Other Public Lawyers.

is a native Phoenician who earned a bachelor's degree in Communication and Political Science at Boston College. After college, Suzanne joined the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and served as a juvenile sentencing advocate in San Francisco. In 2007, Suzanne graduated from the James E. Rogers College of Law. From 2007 to 2013, Suzanne was a prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, where she handled juvenile and criminal cases. From 2013 to 2019, Suzanne was an administrative law judge at the Executive Hearing Office of the Arizona Department of Transportation. During this time, Suzanne also was a judge pro tempore for Maricopa County. In December 2019, she joined the Staff Attorneys Office at the Arizona Supreme Court. As a Staff Attorney, Suzanne specializes in admission and discipline matters, rule-related matters, elections, juvenile cases, and general civil and criminal cases. Since 2019, Suzanne has been a member of the State Bar's Ethics Advisory Group. Suzanne is also a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association and Maricopa County Bar Association and is actively involved in Fresh Start Women's Foundation, Sojourner Center, and Valley Leadership.

Jessica Kokal is a partner with Broening Oberg Woods & Wilson. Jessica moved to the Valley from the Detroit metropolitan area to attend Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University as a National Merit scholar recruit. She remained at Arizona State University to attend law school at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law while also working full-time at a small Phoenix firm. After joining the firm of Broening, Oberg, Woods & Wilson as an associate in 2016, Jessica was invited to become a partner in 2018.

During her career, Jessica has defended over 30 arbitrations both in what are now known as Tier 1 cases in the state of Arizona and in the AAA forum, taken and defended hundreds of depositions, participated in dozens of administrative hearings and settlement conferences, and defended multiple trials, before both juries and the presiding disciplinary judge and disciplinary hearing panel, to verdict. She currently focuses her practice in the areas of general liability defense, insurance bad faith with a focus in workers’ compensation bad faith, and professional malpractice and lawyer disciplinary proceedings.

In addition to maintaining her practice, Jessica oversees the firm’s mentorship program and chairs the firm’s marketing and recruitment committees. Between 2017 and 2019, she also directed the Phoenix Ladder Down program, designed to help women lawyers extend the “ladder down” to other women lawyers. She currently leads the firm’s mentorship program.
