Preparing Demonstrative Evidence: Persuasion & Use of Technology
Original Program Date :
Length: 01:00

You have a great case, but the judge or jury needs to understand some complex facts, technology, time chronology, or medical terms to answer the questions. How do you do this? Join us Tuesday, March 15, 2022, for "Preparing Demonstrative Evidence: Persuasion & Use of Technology," where we will dive into affordable techniques and technologies to help your judge or jury absorb enough information quickly to come to the right decision. We'll start by discussing trial themes and how your presentation should match them. You'll learn the differences between demonstrative evidence and demonstrative aids. We'll remind you of learning styles functions that may influence how you present your case. We'll give you the law on trial demonstrations and simulations and what you should do to generate greatest effect. Finally, we'll answer the questions: What is the best way to use a summary?; How can you easily design a timeline to resonate the danger or negligence you're trying to show?; And, if you're trying a case virtually, how can you use technology and film science to have a more significant impact?

The hour is packed with interesting and useful advice.
