In today’s fast-paced and constantly evolving legal profession, making ethical choices requires more than simply understanding the Rules of Professional Conduct. Rather, we must be capable of making sound decisions in high-pressure environments. This multidisciplinary program features experts in military resilience, leadership, and psychology. Speakers will explain how both our internal thoughts and the external environment can influence our judgment and the choices we make. The panel will then discuss strategies for identifying triggers, inoculating ourselves against stress, and shaping our environments to promote ethical decision-making. This interactive program will provide a higher-level way to think about ethics and practical advice for fostering a culture of resilience in your life and in your workplace.
