Crimes of violence against Asian Americans have focused attention on the devastating impact of hate crimes in our society. This seminar emphasizes the importance of bringing awareness of hate crimes to our communities. It also examines the legal framework of hate crimes in Arizona and federal laws and the impact these laws might have on the First  Amendment.
