Attorneys with ADEQ discuss and present information on current environmental law and regulatory activities within the three divisions of the agency – Air, Waste, and Water. ADEQ then presents an overview of environmental regulation by following the steps of permitting and compliance. A panel discussion with participant questions follows, allowing for environmental law attorneys to directly engage with ADEQ staff on topics of interest.
