The realms of medicine and law continue to evolve in addressing CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy) as an issue in sports for former and current participants of all ages, for prospective participants, and for their families.

One purpose of this program is to provide an update for attorneys for whom CTE is a direct issue in their practice.
The second purpose of this program is to consider how developments in medicine and law in one area inform and guide related issues in other kinds of cases; for our purposes here, issues arising in cases involving concussion, traumatic brain injury and mental health.
