She is a Vice Chair of the Ethics Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), serves on the Ethics Advisory Board for the Arizona State Bar, and is a frequent presenter at professional events.

Tara Williams is a Senior Associate at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, where she represents clients in the science and technology sector in corporate immigration matters, assisting foreign workers through the US permanent residency process. Tara obtained her JD from Arizona State University in 2013 and has been practicing in business immigration law in the Phoenix area since then.

Lelia Adams is a Principal Attorney at Essien Law Firm. Lelia specializes in consulting/representing clients in the area of Family-Based Immigration, Nonimmigrant Visas for Students/ Exchange Visitors, Investment-Based Immigration, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Employment-Based Immigration, Deportation and Removal, Asylum and representing their interests when dealing with USCIS and immigration court.

Lelia, an immigrant, strongly believes in fighting for other immigrants.
