Natalia Polukhtin
Natalia Polukhtin obtained her law degree from Mercer University School of Law and is currently admitted in Arizona and Georgia practicing employment-based immigration. She is a Vice Chair of the Ethics Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), serves on the Ethics Advisory Board for the Arizona State Bar, and is a frequent presenter at professional events.
Tara Michelle Williams
Tara Williams is a Senior Associate at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, where she represents clients in the science and technology sector in corporate immigration matters, assisting foreign workers through the US permanent residency process. Tara obtained her JD from Arizona State University in 2013 and has been practicing in business immigration law in the Phoenix area since then.
Lelia Adams
Lelia Adams is a Principal Attorney at Essien Law Firm. Lelia specializes in consulting/representing clients in the area of Family-Based Immigration, Nonimmigrant Visas for Students/ Exchange Visitors, Investment-Based Immigration, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Employment-Based Immigration, Deportation and Removal, Asylum and representing their interests when dealing with USCIS and immigration court.

Lelia, an immigrant, strongly believes in fighting for other immigrants. Watching her mother get deported was the driving force behind her becoming an attorney with a primary focus area in immigration. She worked hard in bringing her mother back into the country and will ensure that she does whatever it legally takes to fight for her client for a successful outcome.
