You can fax your cancellation notice to the CLE Department at 602-271-4930 or email registrations@staff.azbar.org with the word “CANCEL” in the subject line. Also include the name of the person cancelling, bar number (if applicable), seminar being cancelled and if you would like to receive a refund or a voucher.
